Base
If you want the effect to be intense, it is best to use a white background, you will get maximum phosphorescence with this type of background. You can use other types of background without problem, taking into account that the intensity may be affected if they are dark or light tones.

Layers
The more hands you apply, the more intensity of the effect you will have.

Always remember before using this or any other effect, shake the container well so that the pigment is evenly distributed in the mixture.

Take into account that there are more intense colors in their luminosity such as green and turquoise, the other colors are of low intensity.
