METHODS, TIMES AND COSTS

Depending on destination and priority, we offer different methods of shipping and delivery.For any queries you may have regarding deliveries, please contact us by e-mail: info@colourfox.com.

IMPORTANT: Deliveries are not carried out on weekends or (Spanish) bank holidays. We cannot guarantee that orders received from Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day, if placed after 13:00. In those cases orders will be carried out on the next working day. Orders received on weekends or (Spanish) bank holidays will be processed on the following working day.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SPRAYS/AEROSOLS ARE NOT DELIVERED TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES:
- THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA
- MEMBER STATES AND NON-MEMBER STATES OF THE EU, EXCEPT PORTUGAL
- INTERNATIONAL: LATIN AMERICA, NORTH AMERICA, AFRICA, ASIA, OCEANIA

Store Pickup at Colourfox in Barcelona: Free
The client has the possibility to pick up his order in our store located in  Calle S, 12, Pol. Ezcabarte, Oricain, Navarra, Spain. This option is free, but it remains under the responsibility of the client to collect his order. Once the order is placed, we will confirm via email or phone that the products are ready to pick up within opening hours (09.00-14.00 and 16.00-19.00 from Monday to Friday).

Shipments Peninsula Spain and Portugal:

-        Express delivery 19 hrs.

(Delivery within 19 hrs. A delivery on the following working day is guaranteed, if an order is placed before 13:00.)

-        Delivery time 1-3 working days    Free shipping for orders over 100,00 Euros

Shipments Balearic Islands:

-       Express delivery: please request prices for express deliveries to: info@colourfox.com

-        Delivery time 3-4 working days   Free shipping for orders over 200,00 Euros

Shipments Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

-        Express delivery 19 hrs.

(Delivery within 19 hrs. A delivery on the following working day is guaranteed, if an order is placed before 13:00.)

IMPORTANT: Please consider that deliveries to the Canary Islands are subject to other expenses. For instance customs duties incurred in origin and destination. For orders up to 150€ net amount, there will be no duties charged in the origin, for net amounts higher than 150€ an extra fee of 18€ will be charged. In the target location customs duties, which may vary between 13€ and 18€, are always charged to the customer (importer). Further possible destination’s fees: IGIC tax and the “cabildo” fee (a particular fee of the Canary Islands) depending on the product.

Shipments Europe ZONE 1:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Switzerland

-        Delivery time 3-5 working days

IMPORTANT: Please consider that deliveries to Switzerland are subject to other expenses. For instance customs duties incurred at origin and destination. For orders up to 150€ net amount, duties at origin are omitted, for net amounts higher than 150€ an extra fee of 18€ will be charged. In the target location customs duties, which may vary between 13€ and 18€, as well as further local taxes and import tariffs are always charged to the customer (importer). We recommend consultin a customs agent.

Shipments Europe ZONE 2:

Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovakia, Romania und Sweden

-        Delivery time 5-7 working days

IMPORTANT: Please consider that deliveries to Norway are subject to other expenses. For instance customs duties incurred at origin and destination country. For orders up to 150€ net amount, duties at origin are omitted, for net amounts higher than 150€ an extra fee of 18€ will be charged. In the target country customs duties, which may vary between 13€ and 18€, as well as further local taxes and import tariffs are always charged to the customer (importer). We recommend consulting a customs agent. 

North, Central and South America ZONE:

Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, USA, Canada

-        Delivery time 7-10 working days.

IMPORTANT: Please consider that exportations to any of the indicated countries of ZONE 3 are subject to other expenses, such as custom duties (both at the origin and destination. For orders up to 150€ net amount, the duties at origin are omitted, for net amounts higher than 150€ an extra fee of 18€ will be charged). At destination customs duties will always be charged to the customer (importer), that may vary between 13€ and 18€, as well as further local taxes and import tariffs. We recommend consulting a customs agent.
